This includes Virus/Malware/Spyware removal, Operating System & Application(s) install, Data Backup/Restore, etc.

(This usually has a 24hr turn-around time depending on hardware availability.

$95.00 per hour - 30 Min. minimum

Remote Helpdesk Support/Repair
This includes remotely taking control of your PC via fast internet (such as DSL or Cable
internet service) for Virus/Malware/Spyware removal, Operating System & Application
troubleshooting, Data Backup/Restore, etc.

$110.00 per hour - 30 Min. minimum

On-Site Repair Service
A Technician will schedule to come to your home  to perform repairs or installs of Home PC's, printers, Internet/Email, etc.,

$150 per hour - 1 Hour minimum

• IT Consulting: Network health reports, regular IT Strategy meetings and procurement assistance
• Remote Response: Unlimited Remote/Telephone support to resolve issues as they arise
  
• Priority Client Response: As a preferred Client you are awarded Priority response for both remote and onsite support
• Asset Reporting: Greater control of your IT assets through regular audits of what you have
• Internet Services: Provisioning and management of your Internet connection and Web domain
• Warranty Services: On-site repair or replacement to assist with manufacturers' warranty agreements
• IT Procurement Assistance: Our IT consultants work with you to help you make optimal technology choices.
  

**MONTHLY PRICING SCHEDULE:

        Server(s)  -  $150/Server per month

        Workstation/Laptops(s) - $75/Workstation per month

        Managed Switches/Firewall  -  $45/Device per month

        Network Printer(s) - $45/Device per month

Onsite support will be billed at a discounted rate of $110/Hour

**All Managed Agreement clients received unlimited remote/telephone support during business hours

(Example) A Business with 1 server & 5 workstations will cost $525/Month
